STEP 4: Get your passport with Vietnam Visa stamped back from our staff, go through the custom clearance and enjoy your trip

4. TOURIST VISA:

A Vietnam Tourist Visa is the most popular type of visa for entry. You can choose from the following options:

1-month single entry: You can enter/exit Vietnam only ONCE and the duration of your stay should not exceed 30 days;
1-month multiple entries: You can enter/exit Vietnam several times but the duration of your stay should not exceed 30 days;
3-month single entry: You can enter/exit Vietnam only ONCE within 90 days;
3-month multiple entries: As long as your Visa is still valid, you may enter/exit Vietnam as much as you want

How does it work?

Please check the general Vietnam Visa Procedure as follows:

STEP 1: CHECK YOUR ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

AIR TRAVEL ONLY: Applicants need to get their passport stamped at the Immigration Office/Visa Counter at the following 06 Vietnamese International Airports:
Noi Bai International Airport (HAN/Hanoi, the Capital City)
Tan Son Nhat International Airport (SGN/Ho Chi Minh City)
Da Nang International Airport (DNA/Da Nang City)
Cam Ranh International Airport (CXR/Nha Trang City)
Phu Quoc International Airport (QPC/Phu Quoc Island)
Van Don International Airport (VDO/Van Don Island);
Passport used for Visa application MUST be valid at least 06 months beyond your date of entry;
Arriving BEFORE the start date mentioned in your Approval Letter is NOT possible!

STEP 2: APPLY FOR YOUR VIETNAM VISA

You can contact your nearest Vietnam Embassy/Consulate for a thorough instruction OR use our simple Vietnam Visa Online Service (known as the Vietnam Visa-On-Arrival Service) here.
When applying with us, a copy of your official Visa Approval Letter will be sent to your email within 02 working days maximum.

Please prepare the necessary documents for the Visa Stamp Procedure as instructed in the email to successfully complete your Visa Application at your Arrival Airport.

5. BUSINESS VISA:

You are not allowed to work in Vietnam if you are a tourist, i.e. you have a Tourist Visa. For business purposes, you are required to provide a sponsorship/invitation letter from a Vietnamese business partner in order to obtain a Business Visa.

You can choose from the following 4 options for your Business Visa:

1-month single entry: You can enter/exit Vietnam only ONCE and the duration of your stay should not exceed 30 days;
1-month multiple entries: You can enter/exit Vietnam several times but the duration of your stay should not exceed 30 days;
