3. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

• The Vietnam Immigration Dept runs a non-refundable policy on all Vietnam Visas as they charge for work done and not per granted visa. Therefore, should you wish to cancel your visa application with www.onlinevisavn.net, it is important that you contact us immediately to prevent any unexpected costs being incurred. Once your visa application status is marked “payment received” or “under processing” or an Approval Letter has been issued by the Immigration Department, the visa fee cannot be reimbursed.
• It is compulsory for you to provide us with all the correct information required for your requested visa at the time of your planned departure. www.onlinevisavn.net will not take responsibility for any visa granted incorrectly or denied entry due to incorrect visa information. Though we will make every effort to correct any visa issues prior to departure, no refund will be made in case of false or incorrect information prior to visa issuance. We strongly recommend that you carefully check your Visa Confirmation Letter and refer to your passport and personal information prior to departure.
• Our Visa Service is applicable to air travel only, so by applying for your Vietnam Visa with Us, you agree that you will fly to Vietnam in order to get your visa stamped. We will not refund in case you DO NOT enter Vietnam by air once your visa is approved.

4. REFUNDS (if applicable)

• All successful payments will be refunded to your account in case your application is refused by the Immigration Department.
• Using our service – onlinevisavn.net, we propose the most convenient refund plan to ensure customer benefits for you.
• For normal* or urgent applications, we accept a cancellation request within 15 minutes of submitting your application. The conditions allow you to cancel the application within 15 minutes and if the request is approved, you will be fully refunded. The time is calculated based on the time of submission of the application recorded by our system, according to the local time frame on the website.
• Onlinevisavn.net reserves the right to review and consider all requests for cancellation and to refuse if we find that the applicant does not meet the conditions that allow them to request cancellation and refund.

5. ERRORS

• Multiple / Single entry:
• A “Single Entry” means you are allowed to enter and exit Vietnam only once during the given period of time (1, 3 or 6 months)
• “Multiple Entries” means visitors are allowed to enter or exit Vietnam several times within the given period of time (1, 3 or 6 months). For example: 3-month multiple entries visa means visitors are allowed to enter or exit Vietnam several times from the applied date of arrival plus 3 calendar consecutive months.

7. PROCESSING TIME AND SERVICE COMPLETION:

• The processing time for arranging pre-approved letters given by www.onlinevisavn.net is based on the processing time provided by the Vietnam Immigration Department under normal circumstances, which are 2 – 3 working days. Our processing time will be starting from the next business day after we receive your successful payment receipt. The Immigration Department may request additional documents and may delay and/or deny processing at their discretion without any further explanations.
• Our Service is finished once the Approval Letter is sent to the Email address you submitted during the application process. You are required to notify us if you do not receive the Approval Letter within the expected time frame. Without any further questions within the next 7 days, the service is understood to have been successfully completed. We are not responsible for any delay/loss if the applicant gives an incorrect email address or if the applicant fails to notify us timely in case of a problem.

8. DISCLAIMERS:

• We are not responsible for any loss, delay or cancellation of your flight ticket, tour or accommodation booking made for your trip to Vietnam if your visa application is declined by the Vietnam Immigration Department. In this case, all your successful payments will be refunded to your account.
• Normally, it takes 02 working days for an Approval Letter to be processed. However, there are possible exceptions and delays because the process is highly dependent on the Immigration Department of Vietnam. We strongly recommend that you apply for a visa at least 1-2 weeks in advance to avoid any unexpected problems.
• The Approval Letter is issued separately for each application. In some cases (during peak seasons and for urgent processing requests), it is issued on a shared basis for all applicants applying for a visa at the same time or the same date of arrival based on the Immigration Department’s sole decision.
